I was running 3dMark when I noticed that occaisionally images would stagger on the screen as if they had dramatically dropped in framerate. I noticed that in chorus with the staggering my blue cathode would flicker. Does this indicate a problem in power supply? I have a Radeon 9500Pro which is connected to a floppy power lead on the same chain as the cathode. The PS is an older model Antec 300W. Any ideas are appreciated.
