just received a reply from Taiwan!!!!!!
here is the answer!!

from: WILLIAM KUAN:

I've tested on EPOX 8RDA+ with our DDR466 256M module, my
settings are:

CPU: AMD XP2700+ (FSB 166), AMD XP 1800+ (FSB 133)

There are 3 ways to setup DDR 466 in BIOS, but only one way
can boot:
(1) FSB 116, Memory Frequency 200% -> Can't boot.
(2) FSB 139, Memory Frequency 166% -> Boot !!
(3) FSB 154, Memory Frequency 150% -> Can't boot

Total BIOS settings as below:

In BIOS menu:

Advanced Chipset Features:
-> System Performance [Expert]
-> CPU Clock Ratio [Default]
-> FSB Frequency [139MHz]
-> CPU Interface [Optimal]
-> Memory Frequency [166%]
And here will show: Resulting Frequency 232MHz
-> Memory Timings [Optimal]

Power BIOS Features
-> CPU Voltage Regulator [Default]
-> DIMM Voltage Regulator [2.90V]

No matter External Frequency 166MHz or 133MHz CPU will be able
to run DDR466 with these settings on EPOX 8RDA+

We have some M/B which support DDR 466 well, and EPOX 8RDA+ is
not in the list because it can't support well.
Only one setting can reach DDR 466 with it.

Unfortunately, AMD systems have more less performance the
Pentium 4 systems with our DDR 466 memory till now.

Please pay more patience on it , one day DDR 466 will suit for
any system.

If I am reading this right...they are running the twinmoss async instead of sync right? And if my understanding from the many threads at XS about twinmoss...most hates voltage over 2.77...
