I have a 512 stick of this, its not with Winbond. Is it no good? What FSB can I expect.

Will the FSB go higher if I add heatsinks and fan?
 
Is it Mtec ?
If so, then 180MHz with relaxed timmings is he max. I managed with such modules, or 166MHz with CAS2 5-2-2.
