RAM settings in BIOS ?

RAM settings in BIOS ?

I have 2 x 512 MB Kingston Value RAM CL 2.5 on Intel D845EBG2 motherboard right now its running on default settings can someone tell me optimized settings with this setup?

Processor : Intel Core i5 750
Mobo :Intel DP55WB
GPU : HIS HD 5750 1GB
PSU : Cooler Master 500W
RAM : 2x4GB Kingston 1333 Mhz DDR3
Display :1x42" Panasonic C10 Plasma and Dell 23" 1080p LED
Speakers :Onkyo 605 with Polk Audio 5.1 Setup
