Need a hand in posting pics

I've done it before but it was a long time ago,A script pops up when you hit IMG,then what?I just got some pics and know I feel a little stupid that I cant get them on here.

You need a server to put them on. Then put the web address in the popup.

I see,I guess I cant do that.I thought I remember seeing people that host pics,now I know why.Who does that for people? I just cant remember.
