panaflo 12v and 24v

buying fans usually 12v and 24v never came to mind, but when i saw a panaflo 12v and 24v model, i have no idea whats the difference besides ones more power and ones less. i want to use them as case fans. 3 pin particulary, so i can hook on fan bus so i dont have to use adapters from 4 to 3.

mpja.com sells them cheap. here are specs of 1 12v and other 24v:

so i want the 3.95 most likely because it comes with 3 pin tail. or it looks liek it at least. are the sizes right also? i dont know the inch scale, i just know 80mm, haha. loosk right though.
