Asus gforce4 mx 440 se

I just bought one of these so it is the newest version. I overclock my computer to 166x11 with a xp1700 and asus a7v333.

I just wanted to make sure this is a good overclocking card. I don't play games or anything.

I had a gf4 mx440 with the sd ram and I think that I fried it. My computer just keeps saying system failed cpu check, every time I try to boot. I started having video problems while booting, took out the card and put it back in and thats when I started getting the err message.

i just recently bought a asus, i take it yours like mine is a ddr i found that rivatuner was the best program for overclocking and i have been pleased with what i got at the price especially the tv out function.
