LOL, I instantly went from 4.83 to 4.86 and 11.88 to 11.91 after I firmly wiggled and pushed in my ATX connector. It happened to be a bit loose. Never hurts to try the stupidest things eh?

is that a generic psu? those voltages seem to be a lil off... do you have a multimeter you can test with?
