I have a stick of Kingston PC133 CL3 256MB
I'm using a Abit BE6.

The memory will do 133MHz with 2/2/2 timings Prime 95 stable
Yet the memory can't do 140MHz at 3/2/2 at all, when running prime it restarts in 3 seconds.. Kinda strange since it can run 2/2/2 at 133MHz don't you think?

Not at all...I used to run PC133 Kingston ram in my old Abit BE6-II and it wouldn't run past 145FSB at any memory voltage or timmings...I had to end up getting crucial PC150 to get past 150 on my old P2-350...

Have you upped your memory voltage when going past 140FSB?

I've had a BE6-II for quite a while and never got anything stable @140FSB using whatever ram and settings. 133 is already a 33% overclock for the iBX chipset, and 140 CL322 is always gonna be slower than 133 CL222 so just be happy with what you got I guess...

I have the original BE6, and I have no options for memory voltage. The only memory setting is either Cas 3 or 2 that's it. so it's either 322 or 222. Those are my only options..I wonder why they didn't include it in the bios..
