What is VTT and VDDQ

Still can't figure or find any information on what VTT and VDDQ are in the winbond hardware montior program.
What are they for and what do power on the IT7 max2 v2 board?

my voltage on these are:
VTT = 1.36v
VDDQ = 1.57

They don't seem to move much if at all.
