I was looking in Thailand and the 1700 processors that they have there the stepping code for them is

JIUHB:0308 XPMW
JIUHB:0308 VPMW
JIUHB:0309 UPMW

QUESTION
1.What Stepp is best overclock ?
2.What Stepp is best overclock for low vcore and higher FSB?

for sure the 'x'pmw or the 'w'pmw not the 'u'pmw
and you want to get 03'10' not 03'09' or 08.
the real difference between ocing the proc. and not is the D'L'T3C as apossed to the D'U'T3C
the DLT3C's can overclock about 200 MHz more.
