Opinion needed on Buffalo Technology PC3700 RAM


Anyone know how good this memory is? Anyone know of the specs or has a link to them?

Buffalo Technology 512MB 6 Layer PC3700 DDR Memory Module 32X8 (Winbond Module) - OEM
Specifications:
Type: 184-pin DDR
Capacity: 512MB
Speed: DDR466
6 Layer DIMM Model#: DD466-512/WB

Newegg.com has it on sale for $ 91.

BUMP

I saw this and their 256MB PC3200 w/ winbond chips is only $36!

Anyone have any idea?

I have a 512mb stick of Buffalo Tech PC2100 with Samsung chips on it that does 170+mhz at CAS2, if that gives you any indication of their quality.

that pc 3700 may be a diamond in the rough with winbond chips they're using

My thoughts on this are over in this thread, and that Gideontech article is wrong, ONLY Buffalo USA was established in 2000, the parent company is 15 years old.
