1. supports tualatin celeron (without modding)
2. supports SDRAM (at least 1 gig) and 4 dimm slots
3. allows overclocking
4. has AGP and at LEAST 5 pci slots
5. has overclocking features
6. has 2 serial ports

no fancy features such as raid or onboard sound or lan needed
