1700+ DUT3C not stable at high FSB.

I was just wondering if anyone else has ran across this problem. I have two chips both are 1700+ one is is the DUT3C JIUHB 0312UPMW and the other is DLT3C JIUHB 0310UPMW. Both will run 2400mhz or higher stable, but what confuses me is that I can run the DL at bus speeds as high as 240 on my modded 8rda+ stable with my crucial ram. The DU chip is stable at 12X200 but if i set the bus speed at anything above ~205 the chip usually will not even hit windows. I have tried all multipliers avalible, even things like 9X205 but still can not hit windows, but the chip runs prime for hours at 12X200???? I know its not my board because the DL works just fine at high fsb up to 240, 225 on daily bases. I have never ran accross a wall like this in overclocking where the chip is what will not take the higher fsb. I was just wondering if anyone has ever ran accross this with these chips.

Thanks.
