good voltage?

i was wondering, whats a good voltage for a 2500 barton, after i burn it in

and also whats like the "max" voltage before an average chip will die

1.85V if your using a standard air cooler. 1.975V if your using a crazy copper very high end air cooler. Anything 2V and above should only be used with water cooling and vaporware

That chip comes stock with 1.60V so it looks like burning it in at 1.85V seems about right.

Yea, 1.85 is enough for aircooling. Maybe 1.875-1.9 if you have good air cooling.
