The NEW TOY

FIrst off I wanted to share some of the enjoyment I've got from MY new toy. Well not exactly new, refurb from newegg, and about a month old but anyway.
Here's the heart of the system:
A7n8x DELUXE ver 1.04 fully modded , VCORE 1.90 volts, VDD 1.80 Uber bios 1002a.
256 MB OCZ EL DDR PC3500 VMEM 3.00volts 7-3-3-2
XP1700 dlt3c WPMW 0310
stock NB heatsink and nothing on south bridge.

Water cooled with homemade block, via aqua 1300 and chevy heatercore

On airwith SLK - 800 the best I could get was 2410 at 1.85 volts with the same full load temps. AT 233 x 11.5 it won't finish a sandra bench mark but will run seti but crashes after about a 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Makes windows at 233 x 12 but crashes shortly after seti loads. Still have alot of playing to do and finish NB water block, along with my other project that will put this bad boy hopefully at 233x12.

I wish this bios had fsb setting at 234 and 235 as 236 is just alittle unstable.

I haven't been able to locate the story but it might be something to look for.

Nice setup. A little extra juice can do wonders.

Wow I wonder if that would allow adjustment of the chipset voltage through software. That would be awesome.

My next goal is to make 250 fsb X 10 stable not quite there yet

Shoot- Yours are the best memory scores I've seen on an AMD system.

PS Your screenshot shows a 2:14 wu partially completed. That seems high for that setup. How long does a .417 take?

Actually that WU was from a series of extremely low AR units that I got. I had a total of 5 .001 AR units and 20 all together below .100. ON a .417 AR WU it is around 1.94-1.95 so it would put it on par with the xp2100 at 217x12 or 2.6 gig. I've been waiting to bench until I know I got something worth posting, don't want to flood Gary with a bunch of benches.
