I just installed this scsi adapter and an IBM 4gb scsi disk. They're leftovers from an old netware server. I also set the transfer rate of device 0 to 20mb/s.

I'm using windows xp and I intend using this disk for xp's swap file. Therefore I'll create a dedicated partition and the swap file with fixed size. I believe it'll help windows xp performance.

Comments are very welcomed.
Thanks.

Oh, I forgot to mention that win xp and everything else are installed on a Samsung 40Gb 7200rpm. I hope that overall performance should increase since I put the swap file (with fixed size) on the scsi disk on a dedicated partition.

Thanks.
