newegg or excaliber

building comp for a cousin. im still debating if i should buy
AMD Athlon XP1700+ 1.47GHZ 384K 266 Tbred (TRAY)(JIUHB:0310WPMW) AMD $72.00 from excaliberpc and overclock that or buy a AXDA2100DUT/3C for 75 at newegg.

i know that the newegg chip DU is a less desirable chip, but its rated higher. im trying to achieve the highest overclock. i mean they are same priced, so im not sure which i should get.

which to get?

ooo just found on newegg 2200 for one dollar more. should i get that? probably not i think because i heard these dont overclock as well as the 1700s or 2100s

the 1700's from excaliberPC are steller CPU's. Yes they cost as much as 2100 or 2200 but their worth every cent. Go garenteed JIUHB DLT3C.

I agree that you should get the 1700+ from Excaliber. I have 2 of them, as listed in my sig. The 0310 WPMW seems to take a little more voltage and runs a little hotter than the 0309 MPMW.
