Well, My HD died today, after some readings, they mentioned that AT7MAX2 corrupts HD's @ high FSB .. is that true?

With any KT400 its a known problem that you get data corruption when your running at 200MHz/400FSB+, some are lucky to run at 200MHz.

I'm not even close, I run @ 170ish FSB and I already got 1 dead HD.. hehe BLAH!

Running at only 170MHz/340FSB will only get you a PCI BUS speed of 34MHz with the 5:2:1 ratio which isn't going to harm anything.
