Unless the rules have changed in the last few months, you need one hundred posts in the technical forums. Posts in the general discussion, gripes and moans, and similar non-tech forums, do not count toward your post count total.

We have a 100 post count policy in place, in an effort to weed out Trolls... It's rare that one ever gets into our Classifieds, and rarer still that one rips a member off. I think we have a 99+% successful trade record.

Refer to this thread for more specific info on why we do this.

Don't spam the Forums to attain the 100 posts...we lock people out of the Classifieds, frequently permanantly, for doing this.

Yeah, like Mr. B said, don't go spamming a ton of posts just to build up your count. They watch for this a lot, including non-admin/moderator members.

yes never spam. im locked out because i started spamming to get 100 to see what was in there. So, that is one mistake i have have made. probably not the worst. in terms of idiotic mistakes here on the forums, that is probably #2.

BTW, I start lmao when people spam in gen chat.
