Cu versus Alu,how much improvement? (in CPU temps that is)

the main problem will be dis-similar metals, get corosion if theres any other metals almost. so brass and copper is out of the question.

I think the absolute difference between the two can only be determined per waterblock, actually even per setup. If you have a very good setup and a well-designed waterblock, the difference between an alu and cu version could be larger than with a setup with less stellar components.
In any case, it's a pretty sizable factor AFAIK and going copper is well worth it.

Also to clarify- brass and copper can both be used in a wc loop, but either of those combined with alu will increase corrosion. :)
