NF7 or NF7-S

Is the NF7 v2.0 motherboard as good an overclocker as the NF7-S v2.0?

i'd imagine that they both overclock the same... the only difference is that the NF7-S has serial ata and maybe some other extra thing.. i'm sure that won't make any difference..

The S has SATA, NVIDIA nForce2 SPP chipset with MCP2-T (instead of NVIDIA nForces2 SPP with MCP2, I, however am not sure what that means I would assume its better though), and firewire. other than that they are the same (unless newegg is lying)

I think they do use different Chipsets and would buy the S rev.2 and cough up the extra 20 and get the extras
