Vmem modding an option to consider?

I have a 9500np softmoded 9700. It has infinion 3.3 ram, and only hits a ramspeed of 303. I was surprised a while back to find that even when the card had been running hours in my system with few fans running, all at 7v, the memory was just a little warm to the touch (instead of the burning hot i would have expected). One thing told to me was that the mem voltage could have been low, which would be stunting my oc and putting out little heat. Would a vmem mod be a good option to consider in my situation?

ya good question my 9500 pro with 3.0 ns ram maxes at 306 stable, i would like a vmem mod for it also

Make the mod! Be sure to add some ramsinks if you don't already have some.

I wouldn't mod the mem... it can be damaged very easily...
