Arrow What is the difference between these two sticks of ram?

Does anybody know what is the difference between http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80386-8 and http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80386-K ?

The only think I see is this "Double Row" but I dont know what that means. But saving 36 bucks on ram is certainly worth finding out.

Usually they say double sided when it is on both sides. Even though nowadays they dont even mention it many times.
