Good, cheap VIVO card... is that possible?

Good, cheap VIVO card... is that possible?

Looking for a fairly good-quality VIVO card for as cheap as possible. 3D isn't really a requirement; I'm fine as long as the performance is as good as a TNT, seriously. Can't skimp on quality, however; TV-out and video-in have to be good. Is a GF4MX for $80 probably as low as I can go? (Actually, in that case, I'd just get a GF3 VIVO for $90) What about an AIW Radeon 7500? Will the quality of that be better than a GF3/4 VIVO? What about any older cards? (Needs to be AGP, though)
