Asus OC problems...

OK...I can get my computer to boot at anything up to 149 fsb, but 150 or higher and nothing happens...the bios shows support for the 1/5 divider
BTW I have an Asus A7V333 board with the raid option...no it's not the A7V333-x board...I know for sure. Anytime I try to boot something at 150 or higher it fails to boot...with the 1/5 on it's 150/30 for the PCI bus...why am I getting nothing so much as a post??? Are there problems with this board and Overclocking...I don't have name brand ram which I know can be a problem, but it's 512mb of PC333 running at a 1:1 ratio so it is running at 150mhz when I try running the 150mhz fsb.
whats the problem? should I get a new board...i've had this problem with 3 processors so I know thats not it....a duron 600 that would run at 1050 on my old abit board...an athlon 2200 and the 2400 I now have...any suggestions or tidbits?

update to my situation...i am running 16x137 at 2.2GHz...not bad with temps still in the 40's and my core voltage is still at 1.65V
I need to get better RAM so I can increase the fsb.... she's running fine...more to come
edit: I've decided to go with 16.5x133 since I have elcheapo RAM that wants to run nothing but 166...if I try 133 it doesn't run right...time to get some quality ram she runs smooth
