My first OC.

Well I just got done with my first OC today. It's running at 2.2 (11*205) but I can get it up to 2.4 (12*205). I tried for 2.5 (12.5*200) but even at 1.9 vcore it would not start windows. Oh well a 1 Ghz OC is still a very nice OC. Oh and my load temp is 55C but I have not updated my BIOS so it reads the temps a little high (I would update but I heard it killed a lot of peoples OC).

Oh and just a quick question. How do you stop the Mobo from asking you to go into the SATA Raid setup, it's really slowing my boot-up time down.

You probably need to go into the bios and disable SATA Raid. That should take care of it.

BTW, nice overclock!

Well I disabled it and it worked. I wonder why I didn't think of that before. Anyway thanks.

nice o/c!!! i just did my first o/c too!! really close to 2.5 with my 1700. but no one feel bad if they dont get as high because i have insane air cooling. well ,my actual first o/c was my pali from 1.73 to 1846mhz, but I wouldnt call that an o/c.
