Quick question on which ram

I just got my P4C800 and right now I have corsair xms 2700LL ram. I really need to upgrade and I would like your opinion. Should I get some XMS 3200LL or xms 3500C2? Thanks for your help.

Personally, I would prefer the XMS PC3500-C2. What CPU is going on in your rig?

Right now i have a 2.53@3.25 but eventually i will probably get a 3.0 or more 800fsb probably in a month or two
