Whats the best OC'er CPU starting from the lowest!

I hear the 1700 is a very good oc'er, what others are good for an oc? 2400 is apparently good to!

I think the 1700 DLT3Cwould be first place. (if your talking farthest over stock)

then the 2100 tbred b

then a 2500 barton, but they are all really good at o/c.
