new 44's worth it?

I am curently on the 43.45's with no probs.

Is it worth the 18meg download (on dialup) to upgrade to the 44's? Any improvements?

the ones you have seem to be the best ones, you might see an increase if you had an FX card, but probably not with a GF4

Stick with the 43.xx series, the 44's are being optimized for the FX, you may actually lose a little perf on your GF4 moving to them.
When nVidia was optimizing the det's for the GF4, they broke the GF3 a little and the same may happen here.

Yeah, stay with the 43.45 I have a Gf4 Ti-4200, and the new 44.xx drivers lowered my 3D mark score by about 100 points!, so of course I went back to the 43.45.
