Protein: 657 Atoms SH3ligGH2/pdb1gbq.1. (799) 67 AAs [125]

Thanks,

looks like a genome

points:

chainlegnth = 68

stats_credit = (0.0025*seqlen*seqlen + 0.05*seqlen) * FACTOR

For FAH teams, FACTOR= 5/12
For GAH teams, FACTOR= 1.8

so...... 5/12

hello

just wanted to say hi, i'm new to this forum and folding team. just started to get interested in overclocking so lets see how things go.

my new system (with new and recylced parts):

* AMD XP 2600+ 333mhz fsb running at 2090mhz (oc'ing didn't go too well)
* nforce2 Asus a7n8x dlx v2.0 BIOS 1005
* 256mb X 2 pc2100 kybte and kingston ram (running at 166mhz)
* 100gb wd 7200rpm
* MSI gf4 440mx 64mb

benchmarked with 3dmark2001SE and got 6100. Any suggestions on how to get more ?

peace

Welcome Ray! Get yourself over to http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/ and download the text client, put in 32 for your team, follow the instructions in the stickies on this forum to optimise and then you're folding with us! Go on, we need the points and we'll all be extra nice to you... :)

PM me and let me know what went wrong with your overclock if you like, this isn't really the right thread to be talking about that in you see! I can help with the boosting 3DMark too, although we do have a dedicated 3DMark folding subteam too so talking to one of those guys might be your best bet - check the specialised 3DMark Team forum for that.

Welcome To The Fold!!

If you need any help feel free to ask..

Note: Wow, you really overclocked your RAM, that could be your bottleneck...

My bad...linked the wrong one...too used to folding anymore...the Genome list link I have is dead...anyone have a current link listing them?

BTW, you can keep from folding genomes by using the preference as FAH instead of no pref. Genomes don't do much for points.
