A7V333and GF4TI4200 crash and reboot

Ok, I have an ongoing problem. My video card seems to be locking up . Never seen anything like this though. Screen just turns into colors and pc resets. Upon reboot colors will still be there. Only a complete power down will correct the problem. This problem has been happening for a while. It is getting worse now though as not only heavy 3D apps are causing this. It crashes sometimes just surfing the net. My motherboard and video bios have been updated. Im running latest drivers on all hardware. I could really use some knowledge.

Im thinking Temp, PSU or just bad video card.

My temps are mb-28C chip 37C(im not overclocking anything)

Im running these components on a 360 watt Tigerpro PSU

A7V333(1018.001), Tbird 1.4,1gb Kingston HyperX 2700, Gainward GF4ti4200(latest bios and drivers), Sounblaster EXtigy,
Creative CDrom, Plexwriter, 20 gb WD HD, 2 case fans, 1 hdd cooler.

It sounds like you have the classic Gainward problem. Can you send the vid card back or is it too late. You may have to RMA to Gainward.

I think it may be too late i forget where i got this card. LOL . What does that tell you either i smoke to much or its too late LOL.

Perhaps a little of each, lol. You still may be able to send it to Gainward.

What does RMA mean?

Is it a 64MB Gainward or a 128MB Gainward?
