Whats needed for phase changing?

I was wondering what would be needed to make a water cooler. Very basicly could I just rip the compressor, coils, etc out of a fridge and then dip the cooling coils into my res. w/ some anti freeze etc? Also how would I go about condensation problems?

The ususall way of preventing condencation is by using closed cell foam, Dielectrc grease and some expanding foam
