Right chaps, i installed the folding text client along with EM3 on my dads computer. But the problem is it wont fold, CPU useage is at 100% so folding is launching, but the darn thing just wont do a single frame. When I first installed it, downloaded a Genome and started chomping its way through that fine (when the F@H servers were down). I deleted the Genome and downloaded a gromac, but after a whole night (about 12 hours) it still hasnt finished a frame. Ive flushed out the Wu and got a fresh one about 5 times and still the same result, ive tried it on a tinker and still the same, ive completely deleted F@H and downloaded a fresh copy and fresh installed EM3 and still the same, im at the point now were im really frustrated, and at my whits end:(

This is part of the log, notice it says 11:25am as the last action its now 15:54PM and still the same.

What does the -local flag do?

No idea i think its just one of the default flags, as far as I know.

Delete the logfile and re-lauch. My guess is that it has grown too big, and the auto-eraser doesn't always work.

It's best sometimes just to wipe out everything.
That means delete the entire folder and all subfolders and files.

Very true:D

First sign of trouble I usually delete log, core, queue, and work folder. and if that doesn't solve it I wipe everything and download a new client and start over:D
