pron Filter for roomies 14yr old son

)Okay folks...he is not my Kid but he is using my computer and I refuse to allow him to surf for pron on it.. his mother is not very diligent at checking up on his internet use and not very strict if he does ride the pron wave.
Basically I said the computer will no longer be available to him if I catch him again. But I still want to have a few more filters since I know his friends come over and enevitably they will be surfing again.

What progs/filters can you reccomend?

Tracking his net use is not a prob and seeing waht documents/vids he has been watching is not a prob either..just want some extra security since temptation is always there. BTW..since I last warned him he has not been downloading anything inappropriate lately.

Before i get a debate going over why or why not minors should n look at "Internet Porn" Read below:

1 Now I am not a fuddy duddy about Porn..cept my other computer is very public and I will take the heat if he gets into anything really nasty.
2 I also believe that internet porn is not a good way for a 14 year old kid to learn about sex. I dont mind giving him all my victoria secret magazines and old playboys(remember al bundy giving Bud his collection of Porn but the stuff on the net can be pretty bad especially if someone gets into Child porn or any of the violent stuff....try explaining to a kid why another Kid is being raped and people are paying to watch it online

Net nanny
and loads of other IP blockers out there, just run a search for Internet Security and you will find what you need. I use the latest Net Nanny because it not only restricts sites but lets me restrict them and it will turn the web off or shut down the program if they you want it to when the do look at pron. Net Nanny also allows you to say what hours he can or cannot be online. This is all done by a user logon which is great. A small systray icon lets you right click and log on and off users. I set my account to all hours look at whatever and his to certain times and all restrictions and blocks, this includes language. Works great, just have to remember to right click the icon when your done and log out before he gets on

You can also use a hosts file on that computer.

If you know how to set policies under windows you can lock stuff down under a new user name and install public web browser. This is a more extreme solution, but you can setup and access list which will only let him access certain webpages.

Im the younger brother in the house (15 yrs) and my brother is 17 you wont believe the shear amount of porn he downloads, he goes through websites and kazaa, finally i got fed up with all of his crap and deleted all of the stuff he downloaded, he even downloaded a porn dialer and it kept sending popups about some sleaze-bag's(sp?) webcam. Well any way i decided to get tough, we have high speed internet, and we have the 4 comps in my sig, so naturally we have a router. Now the one i have is a Netgear MR314 and it has the best blocking software integrated into the router, i just set it to send me all of the websites accessed through email and i use content filtering to block all of the key words he likes to visit and if he tries to unplug the router it immediately notifies me when it is reconnected.
