Original SLK-800 ok for Barton 2500+?

I have my SLK-800 I bought about 4 or 5 months ago on my Pal 2000+ and MSI KT3 Ultra ARU board.

I want to upgrade to a Giga-byte nForce2 400 board with a Barton 2500+ but am concerned my SLK-800 won't fit or will not work with this new combo?

anyone?

thanks!

I'd say your fine, just clean all the dust out with canned air and clean the bottom with Rubbing Alcohol.

It'll fit perfectly. It's still one of the top performers.

Should do very well. I have one on a 2800 and it performs just the same as it would on an 1800.

The combo is fine. The only thing that really has a problem fitting is the SLK-900U.
