which runs cooler?

wasn't sure if right place to put this but since it's watercooling related, here we go, i'm about to upgrade my vid card and my choices are between the raddy 9800 pro or gf 5900 ultra. from what i've seen so far the benchs are pretty close match. here my question; i want to be able to watercool the gpu for sure, so i would rather choose the coolest running one. anyone know? thanks in advance.

I'd geuss it would be the 9800pro, since teh FX series seem to run really hot.

Have you looked at the fan needed for the FX series? ITs huge. The 9800 would deff be cooler.

If I put a temp gun to the backside of the GPU on my GF4 4600 it reads 60C+ So I can't imagine how hot the new FX cards get.

sounds so far like the radeon run cooler. since they both perform about the same (give and take i know ) for me might as well take the coolest running one.

I think that the Radeon 9800 is supposed to run a lot cooler, and it has performed better in banchmarks...Go for it!
