I have a Xaser III and whenever you open the door there is the metal cover with holes drilled in it that blocks the 5.25in bays. How do i remove these? You can see the picture on Newegg if you search for Xaser III.

Most cases I have seen have those plates behind the covers. I use either a pair of side cutters(wire cutters) to cut the tabs holding them at the edge or a pair of pliers to bend the plate up and dpown untill the tabs break off. Then file the edge down so you don't cut yourself.
