I just bought a new rig. I know that im supposed to clean the bottom of my heatsink with isoprophyl alcohol before i put on the artic silver: ceramique. Am I supposed to clean the heat spreader on the cpu also?

why would you use ceramique on your cpu? regular as3 would work better. ceramique is artic silver's non condictive thermal compound (regular as3 cointains silver.)
