Its not a bad board, but you can do a lot better for just a little more money.
I see in your sig that you already have a SiS P4 board, so I hope you don't take offense when I say I don't recommend them. The sacrifice you make with reliablity and performance isn't worth the little bit you save compared to an Intel chipset. If you've had great luck with yours and love it, I respect that. But as a whole the best boards for an Intel chip use Intel chipsets.
I'd get a P4P800 or IS7 instead of the P4SDX. They cost about $20-25 more but I think its money well spent.
