Can you provide a few more details?

Equipment?
When does the message ocurr?
How do you get it?
What do you do to make it occur?

i don't do anything. my neighbor saw my computer and said it's out of register. he said you could see blue at the edges and said to take off the back and tap on the jigger inside until it's back in. i've never heard of this.

Please don't take the back off the monitor and play around inside -- you can detonate the tube and really have a bad day. the capacitors in monitors hold a charge for a long time and need to be discharged in order to be worked on.

If there is a reset on the monitor do that -- and see if you can realign the color guns.

but don't touch the inside of a monitor unless you know what your doing.

I sucessfully fixed several one of my own monitors after following good directions and pretty much knowing what to do. but once i turned around to watch my buddy who was working on his following the good directions practically blow himself up. I put the case back on the monitor again and refuse to play with one again.

That was an ugly scene. No one should ever casually tell someone to play with their monitor like that.
