I plan on buying OCZ EL DDR PC-3700 Dual Channel Gold and i was wondering, why pay an extra $20 to get a "kit" (2*256) straight from the manufacturer and not just buy any two 256 sticks of the same memory? whats the difference? I intend to use them in dual mode w/t my abit ic7 and the rest of my signature

Don't buy into the hype...running two sticks you order is cheaper and gives you the same performance and if not...close too it...and buying two sticks instead of the DC memory kit is a lot cheaper...
