xp question


I have xp pro and for some reason everytime I ctrl alt del the screen goes black and I have a box with the choices lock computer, log off, shut down, change password, task manager and cancel. I just want that to bring up the task manager, but I have no clue how to do this. any help is greatly appreciated!

Go into user accounts in the control panel, select "change the way users long on or off" and make sure there is a tick in "use welcome screen"
