How good does this CPU o/c and whats a good/cheap o/c mobo?

It's a P3, the numbers on it are:

1000/256/133/1.7v
QO5OA387-0292 SL4MF

How well does it overclock and what is a good motherboard that is pretty cheap but will o/c it well. It's my wifes computer so I figure I don't want to spend too much money on it. Thanks all.

You can expect maybe 1125 MHz (150 FSB), maybe not even that much since it's only a cC0 stepping. If you have a working mobo already, then it's not worth the $50 to $60 for an overclocking friendly mobo for only another 100 MHz or so. You can't lock the PCI bus on those things, so 150-153 FSB is about the most you can hope for... I say forget it.
