TwinMos WLCSP PC3200 CL2...


does anyone have the new PC3200 ram -> TwinMOS WLCSP with CL2?!

or does anyone have a link to a review?!

No, I have not heard of it, but looking at it, the RAM chips use the same form factor as the KingMax TinyBGA chips I think.....

There were more pics of this stick of TwinMOS stuff over @ HardOCP, it was a CAS2 part I believe. I havn't seen it anywhere yet- the only places I know that sell TwinMOS RAM in the US are MemoryX and HardwareGods though.

this ram is avalible in germany, but no reviews on the net.

from those threads best twinmos pc3200 wlcsp can do is 224mhz 2.5-4-4-8 at 2.8v

now not sure about the price but my 2x 256mb ocz pc3500 premier (rated at 2.5-4-4-7 at 2.6v) can do 225mhz 2.5-4-4-8 at 2.85v on PX865PE PRO2 and cost me AUD$88/each or US$58/each
