How Do You Benchmark Using Quake3


I Really wanna bench my system, but I have Dial-up and downloading 3dmark would take ages, So I guess Ill use Quake3, ANyone know how??

Ok Basically I figured out how to do it, But now I need A demo that works with the Original version of Q3
