GA-7VKMLS unlock multiplier?

i am using the AMIBIOS (default BIOS that came w/ mobo) and i need to know how to unlock the multiplier setting. also, can i adjust the FSB any more than changing the jumper between 100 and 133 mhz?

any overclocking info regarding this (or simalar) mobos is welcome
