problem with viewing pics in i explrer

when i vew pics it will start big while loading then when loadignis done pics will get shurk down and i have to move mosuse to edge of picture and click maximize button, how do i set to show pics maximized default

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> #Multimedia -> Enable Automatic Image Resizing (uncheck)

That should do it.
