well it depends on your goals.
if you are overclocking the processor then you should look to get memory capable of 200+ mhz if you plan to end up around 160-170fsb. enable the 3:4 to maximize your ram and you will be around 220mhz ram speed.
so basically you are looking at pc3200-pc3500. at this point we need to know your budget before we just start popping off brands and specs.
