Another good stability tester/CPU heat generator is Folding@Home. It goes to a good cause and will help you to make sure your temperature are in spec.

I like toast for burn in and for stability prime, sandra, 3dmark, pckmark, and ut2k3 bench.

stress cpu's another good one...just tried it and it heats up the cpu pretty good...

CPUBurn is also one of those programs that really warms your processor. Several degrees higher than Prime95 torture test or some else 'normal' stress test.
